Please arrive promptly for your appointments. If you are running late, a phone call would be appreciated. Your treatment time may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid inconvenience to other clients. Full treatment fee is applicable.
To make the most of your time with us, we kindly request that your mobile phone is either turned off or switched to silent.
We make every endeavour to keep treatments to their allocated times, however, we advise the timing and order of treatments are an approximation only.
We require a minimum of 24hrs for Cancellation or Rescheduling of appointments.
Failure to do so may result in the following:
Full payment will be collected. Upfront payment for future appointments at the time of booking. Loss of Gift Voucher. Loss of treatment on Pre-Paid Series.
For your convenience, an SMS reminder and confirmation will be sent 2 days before your treatment. Please follow the prompts to confirm your acceptance or to cancel.
Gift Vouchers are:
- Exclusive to treatment and service.
- Not redeemable for cash or products.
- Non-refundable and non-transferable to the third party.
- Must be presented at time of treatment to be valid – We are unable to honour lost or stolen vouchers.
- Can be purchased in The Room, online or via phone & posted or emailed to you.
- Clients who do not show or cancel their treatment within 24hrs will forfeit their voucher.
- At the time of booking, please quote the Gift Voucher number.
- All our retail products are provided by an authentic local supplier. (BLC)
- We have a money back guarantee policy if you get a reaction to the products you purchased from us.
- They are regularly changing on our shelves so the expiry date is well ahead.
- We will prescribe a product that is most suitable for your skin type and needs.
